Who we are
GrowCert Solutions Private Limited is a private company providing consultancy, advisory, documentation, training, facilitation and support services to food businesses.
What we are not
GrowCert is not a government department, regulator or licensing authority. It is not the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the Directorate of Marketing & Inspection (AGMARK), or a Legal Metrology authority, and it is not an agent or representative of any of them.
GrowCert is not a certification body, accreditation body, scheme owner or standards organisation, and does not issue statutory licences, registrations, approvals or third-party certifications.
No guaranteed outcomes
Licences, registrations, approvals and certifications are granted solely by the relevant government authorities or independent certification bodies, at their discretion and under their own procedures.
GrowCert does not guarantee any approval, licence, registration, certification, inspection result, audit result, regulatory outcome or timeline. Our role is to help clients understand requirements and prepare.
Audits, assessments and inspection support
Audits, gap analyses, assessments and inspection-readiness reviews performed by GrowCert are private, advisory reviews for the client's internal use. They are not statutory inspections or third-party certification audits, and they do not replace them.
Names of standards and authorities
Names of authorities, standards and schemes (including FSSAI, AGMARK, BIS, Legal Metrology, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, GMP, GHP, Halal, Kosher, Organic and GlobalG.A.P.) are used only to describe the subject areas in which we provide support. Their use does not imply affiliation, endorsement, authorisation or accreditation. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Sample formats and resources
Templates and checklists labelled "GrowCert Sample Format", "Reference Template" or similar are illustrative documents prepared by GrowCert. They are not official government forms. Official forms and requirements must be obtained from the relevant authority. Users should adapt templates to their operations and verify current requirements.
Training
GrowCert training programmes and workshops are not statutory, government-recognised or scheme-owner qualifications unless this is expressly stated, with supporting details, on the specific programme page.
