Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid registrations for open-enrolment training programmes and workshops. Consultancy and in-house training engagements are governed by their individual proposals or agreements.

Terms confirmed at registration

The fee, payment terms and the applicable cancellation, transfer and refund terms for each programme are confirmed in writing by GrowCert when your registration is confirmed. Those confirmed terms apply to your registration.

Please contact us in writing as early as possible if you need to cancel or transfer a registration.

Cancellation or rescheduling by GrowCert

If GrowCert cancels or reschedules a programme, registered participants will be offered a transfer to another date or a refund of fees paid for that program.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
