Who we are
This website is operated by GrowCert Solutions Private Limited (CIN U70200RJ2026PTC116962), a private company limited by shares with its registered office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("GrowCert", "we", "us").
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, quote request, programme registration or resource request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, business type, requirement and message.
Our hosting infrastructure may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
Cookies and security
The contact form uses a strictly necessary session cookie to protect your submission against forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
To prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way hash of the IP address used to submit a form, not the address itself.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, manage programme registrations, share requested resources and deliver our services. We will contact you about other programmes or updates only where you have agreed to this.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Where you pay online for a training session or a document kit, the payment is made on the secure page of our payment provider (for example Razorpay or Instamojo). We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. The payment provider handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and shares with us only the details needed to identify your payment.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics to understand aggregate use of the website (for example, page views and the number of enquiries submitted). Such analytics do not use cookies and are not used to identify individual visitors.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website, email and business systems, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of or erasure of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us through the details on our Contact page.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
